What’s our payment policy?
We ask for 50% of the total amount due at the time of booking and 50% six weeks before arrival
What's our cancellation policy?
We refund all amounts paid if cancelled before 60 days of arrival and 50% if cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival. Any cancellation after this date receives no refund.
Do we need a car in Split?
No, Split is quite a compact City and much of it is pedestrianised. Taxis and Uber drivers are plentiful.
If we do have a car - can we find parking?
Parking is tight in Split - especially during peak summer months. However, our host Baldo, will do his best to find you free parking. If that fails, a local pay parking lot is in close proximity of the apartment.
Can you arrange a pick-up from the airport?

Given the apartment is in the middle of the City is it noisy at night?
Like most downtown areas, the middle of Split can be noisy at night. However local laws prevent the making of noise after midnight. The apartment is very well insulated from noise provided the windows and shutters are shut tight - the AC is very good!!
Can we bring our pet dog?
Unfortunately, despite being dog lovers, we do not allow dogs. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and an inner City apartment is not suitable for dogs.
Can we smoke at the apartment?
We would kindly ask guests to use the terrace to smoke.
Does the apartment have good WIFI?
The apartment has high speed WIFI throughout.
Are there many stairs to climb to enter the apartment?
No, the apartment is a 1st floor apartment with a aa short stair case to climb (about 20 stairs).
Can we cook on the terrace?
Yes, in addition to a well equipped kitchen, the apartment has a Webber BBQ on the terrace to allow you to BBQ on summer nights.
How does cleaning work?
We clean the apartment every week and between stays. If you would like more frequent cleaning this can be arranged at the guest's cost.
What about towels - do you provide beach towels?
We do provide all house towels but not beach towels.
Is there a washing machine and dryer?
We provide a fully services washing machine. We do not provide a dryer as its not necessary - the covered clothes stand on the terrace dries clothes very quickly in Spring/Summer and Autumn.
Does the property have cable and music equipment?
Yes, we provide channel TV and a Sonos speaker system to allow you to tune in mobile equipment.
