About Us

We are a British family who first fell in love with the beauty of Croatia in 2004.

We bought a ruin of a fisherman's cottage because of its wonderful location right on the Adriatic sea. We renovated the house in 2005 and it has been a wonderful holiday destination for our family as well as the countless visitors we've hosted each year - Our Brac Island property.

It's perfectly located right on the water's edge. The Adriatic is wonderful for swimming with water temperatures at about 24 - 28 degrees Celsius in peak season.

In 2013, we launched out again and bought a second property, Apartment Prisca, right in the heart of Diocletian's palace in Split. We fully renovated the apartment in 2014 to retain the authenticity of the property whilst providing all mod-cons. It is now one of the finest Split rentals.

This spacious, airy Split rental property not only allows easy access to all of Split's many bars and restaurants but, rare for the palace, you can also enjoy it's large private terrace.

Also, in 2015 and in partnership with some very enthusiastic locals we set up Gecko Tours, based in Split, to showcase all that is very best about Dalmatia to offer guests a truly authentic view of the area and its culture.
